One of the many stupid things we do around Sleepcliff while he sleeps. (He falls asleep a lot).

I’ll have to get on top of that in the morning, be all like “Why you no pay? Where is mah moneyzz!” and such.

For roughly a month I’ve had minimal access to the internet so here’s what’s happened while I haven’t had the chance to blog about it;

Moved Into New Place

I moved out into a two-bedroom flat located within walking distance of Stockland, Green Hills with my good friend Powers and my beautiful girlfriend Cally. We’ve loved living here so far and the place becomes a little more homely every day. I’m amazed at how fast we managed to fill the house with an equal balance of necessities and random crap.

My Mother Passed Away

Unfortunately my beautiful and amazing mum passed away on the 19th of March, she was only fifty-one. It was all very sudden, she started to feel sick and then she went to see a doctor and they found tumors in her bowels and stomach. While removing those tumors they discovered many more throughout her entire abdomen.  They think that it began as pancreatic cancer and spread through her entire body slowly over several years without her noticing. They asked her how hard she wanted to fight and she said hard. But in the end it was just too much and she slipped into a coma after a bad reaction to the chemo. Her organs started to fail and the doctor heavily advised us to let her go.

We all spent some time with her alone and said our final goodbyes before sitting with her together as they took away the life support. I’ll miss her so much but I’m glad I got to tell her I loved her before she died. I’m happy that at least she won’t have to suffer any more. I really did love my mum and I wish she could have lived to see my first child or my wedding. She would have liked that. The funeral was packed, she had so many close friends and she was such a well-liked person.

I’m Starting a Video Blog

I’ll end this on a higher note saying that I’m probably going to start posting videos to my youtube page soon of my opinions on different comic books. It will feature the latest comic book news. Also my opinions on DC’s New 52 and probably the upcoming Avengers Vs X-Men as-well-as Spidey’s 50th anniversary story, my recommended books, me recommending some good classics and shit-talking bad story lines both old and new. This may sound kind of boring but I’m hoping to make it interesting. Maybe not to people who aren’t interested in comic books, but y’know. Hopefully the people I’m trying to cater to will enjoy it.

Why do they look so sad? Pretty fucking cute though.

I’ll be signing my lease, paying my bond and first weeks rent and being given the keys to my unit :D. I’m looking forward to having my own place which has my name on the lease. I’ll be taking my bed there straight-up and sleeping there the first night it’s mine haha.

He is THE WORST LIVING CRIMINAL. He abducts children and makes them use guns to kill their own parents. He takes girls and forces them to be sex slaves. He calls his abducted children the Lord’s Resistance Army, AKA the LRA. He has abducted over 30,000 children and forced them to be child soldiers in Central Africa. He remains at large because he is INVISIBLE to the world. FEW know his name, even FEWER know his crimes. I feel so inspired. I feel the need to help and make a difference. This has to happen in 2012. We can’t let him go around and keep doing this to children in Central Africa. Let’s make his name known so he can be stopped. HE CAN NO LONGER BE INVISIBLE!
